This fun and interactive session helps leaders look in the mirror and understand how to be a great leader in their own unique way.

 

Participants will be introduced to the four elements of The Leadership Box and how to use each element to help them become more effective leaders in their organizations.

The full day session session includes an Everything DiSC personal assessment as well as a team assessment.
