Lyall J. Swim, Managing Partner
In his current role, Lyall leads client engagements with a wide range of organizations to help them develop and execute innovative organizational solutions that enable organizations to increase flexibility, navigate growth, build customer, employee and public trust, and best leverage their innovation type.
As a master facilitator and speaker, Lyall regularly speaks and writes on three of his passions:

Lyall holds a Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in organization leadership from Pepperdine University. He also holds a bachelor’s in communications and a master’s degree in business administration (with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior) from Brigham Young University. His research on leadership competency models, ethics, and innovation have been published in a range of peer-reviewed journals and industry publications.
David A. Robinson, Consultant & Executive Coach
David Robinson has significant and successful experience in management, organizational and leadership development, marketing, business development, strategic planning, sales, operations, project management, and product development in small, medium and large companies.
David is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive experienced in start-ups, developing new products, training, mentoring, coaching, creating alliances, and strengthening partnerships. He has started several businesses, completed an acquisition, structured a merger, formed a management buyout, taken a company public, accomplished a reverse merger, and has had experience in various management and executive positions, including President, and CEO of four companies in a variety of industries.
David holds a bachelor’s degrees in management and sociology from the University of Utah and a masters degrees in management and business administration from the University of Southern California.
In addition to his consulting activities, David is an adjunct instructor teaching undergraduate and MBA classes in business, organizational development, leadership and entrepreneurship at Roseman University of Health Sciences, University of Utah, and BYU.
